Time Unspools

Time Unspools

Time unspools
Threads, super strings,
To be used in the fabric
Of the planets and the stars,
Of our lives
Consumed
In living and the dying
Which returns our atoms
To the great fabric
Of the universe
Ready to expand
The great coat of the darkness
In which the light of life
Shines.
