L. P. Melling
L. P. Melling currently writes from the East of England after living around the UK. A Writers of the Future finalist, his short fiction has appeared Write Ahead/The Future Looms, Tales to Terrify and Kraxon magazine among other places and is forthcoming elsewhere.
When not writing or being emotionally blackmailed for treats by his elongated hound, he works for a legal charity in London that advises and supports victims of crime. He is an accomplished musician and has a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Liverpool, where he won their short story competition, and an LLB in Law from the University of Law, London. Aside from a love for the written word, he enjoys globetrotting, dabbling with other languages, and the great outdoors. You can find out more about him on his website: https://lpmelling.wordpress.com

Please consider supporting DreamForge Magazine.
DreamForge is a volunteer effort supported by Dreamers like you. Every small donation helps us to buy hopeful stories and help new authors learn how to bring hope into this crazy world.
Hope is not an illusion; it's a perspective backed by engagement with the world, whatever the condition of the world may be. Like the crew of the Enterprise, we don't expect everyone to share our values, only that we will engage them with ours, and in the course of doing so, possibly, just possibly, win a better future.
Thank you for your support!
