Wulf Moon
Wulf Moon learned oral storytelling as a child when he lived with his Chippewa grandmother. He begged stories from her every night and usually got his wish—fireside tales that fired his imagination. If Moon had a time machine, those are the days he would go back to. Since he doesn’t have a time machine, he writes.
Moon wrote his first science fiction story at fifteen. It won the national Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and became his first professional sale in Science World—1 million print copies per issue! He has won over sixty writing and author of the year awards. His stories have appeared in multiple publications including Writers of the Future Vol. 35, Best of Deep Magic 2, Galaxy's Edge, Best of Third Flatiron, and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds 2—a borg love story, what could be sweeter?
Wulf Moon leads the successful Wulf Pack Writers group as writing coach and instructor. Moon's award-winning SUPER SECRETS of Writing Workshops on Teachable have been attributed by many emerging writers as the secret to their success in obtaining professional sales and winning major contests. His groundbreaking book HOW TO WRITE A HOWLING GOOD STORY has been a top bestseller in Fiction Writing books on Amazon and Smashwords for over a year. Want in on the Secrets? Please consider supporting DreamForge Magazine.
DreamForge is a volunteer effort supported by Dreamers like you. Every small donation helps us to buy hopeful stories and help new authors learn how to bring hope into this crazy world.
Hope is not an illusion; it's a perspective backed by engagement with the world, whatever the condition of the world may be. Like the crew of the Enterprise, we don't expect everyone to share our values, only that we will engage them with ours, and in the course of doing so, possibly, just possibly, win a better future.
